Privacy Policy
Conduit is built around a strict separation between the data you publish and the data that stays private to your account.
What we collect
Account details (name, email, account type), the profile and company information you enter, listings, bids, applications, saved searches, notification preferences, and documents you upload for verification.
What is public
Only a deliberately limited projection of a worker profile is publicly visible, and only while you keep your profile public: display name, headline, bio, years of experience, home city and state, travel availability, and availability status. For companies, the public record includes company details plus any business contacts you explicitly publish.
What is never public
Email addresses, phone numbers, street addresses, resumes, uploaded verification documents, insurance and license paperwork, internal company member lists and roles, application contents, bid responses, notifications, and saved searches. These are readable only by you and, where relevant, the company you applied to or the Conduit reviewers handling a verification.
Documents and storage
Verification documents, insurance certificates, licenses, resumes, and bid attachments are stored in private buckets. Access is granted per file to the owner, the counterparty a document was shared with, and Conduit reviewers.
Notifications and email
Saved searches generate in-app notifications. Digest and email delivery is preference-driven; you can disable any category, or all delivery, in notification settings.
Agents and third parties
If you connect an AI agent, it accesses only the data your account can already see and every consequential action is logged. Conduit does not sell personal data.
Your controls
You can edit or remove profile fields, turn public visibility off (which removes your public profile record), unpublish company contacts, close listings, withdraw applications, and request account deletion through the beta feedback link.
Beta caveat
Conduit is in beta. Demonstration data is labeled in the interface and is not derived from real users.
